Withly Profit Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Withly Profit helps Shopify merchants track profitability and advertising costs. This policy explains the data we collect, how we use it, and how we handle privacy requests.

2. Information We Process

• Shop and account information supplied by Shopify during app installation.
• Order data needed for profit calculations, including totals, taxes, discounts, refunds, and line items.
• Advertising-spend amounts and optional campaign names entered manually or imported by a merchant.
• We do not retain customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses for profit reporting. Shopify privacy webhooks are processed to meet deletion and data request obligations.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to provide profit reporting, operate and secure the app, respond to support requests, manage subscriptions, and meet Shopify privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Retention and Deletion

We retain transactional histories for up to 365 days, depending on the merchant’s plan. When Shopify sends a customer-redaction or shop-redaction request, we delete the applicable app data in accordance with Shopify’s requirements.
